It means that when you’re helping a friend move house, you squat properly to pick up that heavy box without even thinking about it. It means you automatically switch on the right muscles to pick up your playing child from the floor.

We are not only dedicated to improving your fitness and helping you reach your ideal body weight, but we are also driven to improve your strength, power, balance, timing, body awareness and flexibility.

The word “community” is often used to describe the nature of CrossFit style training. In our community, members become best friends.
